We recently moved from a nearby centre, and are blown away my how fantastic this one is! So peaceful, great educators, very clean, excellent management (Jill), and most importantly, happy kids. My son is so happy, and so are we. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I've only learned how important the management is, for a childcare centre, after experiencing a bad one. Under Jill's fantastic management, the pinnacle ELC provided such a joyful and nuturing environment for my son. The staff were very friendly and fun.

I couldn't recommend Pinnacle more and have often done so with friends. We are super sad to be leaving. My sons current educators are absolutely AMAZING, and the director is lovely, happy to take on any feedback. Absolutely great experience at this centre. Thanks ladies

My child has been attending this centre since she was two years old, and she will be turning 5 soon. The care, facilities, and food they provide exceed all expectations, and their genuine support has helped her become a confident and independent child. I highly recommend this centre!

We visited several childcare centers. At first, I chose this place mainly because it's close to home. We are Chinese, but there are very few Chinese people here. Initially, I was worried about whether our baby would adapt, but surprisingly, during the orientation period, our child was already able to nap here. After the first two weeks, there were no tears during drop-off and pick-up, and on weekends, our child even wanted to go to childcare to play with her friends. I never expected her to adapt so quickly. The centre director personally takes care of many things, and the teachers are all very friendly. When it comes to choosing childcare, a child's liking is the most important, and we are very grateful to them!

The team at Pinnacle ELC have made starting my 10-month-old at daycare for the first time a breeze. The extended orientation helped make the transition easy not only for her but for us as well, we got to know the team well before dropping her off for her first day and knew she was in good hands. The staff (Jill, Bella & Anu - just to name a few) are warm, welcoming and attentive. It's only been a couple of weeks and has already been a great experience, highly recommended.

Pinnacle ELC has been instrumental in our transition back to Australia/the workforce and we are so thankful to have them. They have nurtured, supported, and cared for our children, and have helped us navigate tricky developmental milestones and big changes over the last two years. We have peace of mind knowing our children are safe and happy every day.

As full-time working parents with no support network, we were quite anxious about moving back to Australia, and balancing work, an infant, and a toddler. Jill - the centre director - was there every step of the way to support not only our children, but us too. Two years later, and we still touch base with Jill multiple times a week whether it be general chit-chat or if one of our children is having big feelings.

Jill and the educators at Pinnacle ELC have been so patient and understanding with our eldest who has had periods of melting down due to big changes in our lives e.g. moving houses, change in routine, starting prep etc. In these situations, Jill or an educator that my son trusts, will take him to a quiet area, sit with him, and let him have his feelings out, before a cuddle and a chat. This has been really helpful for my son as he is better able to identify his emotions, know when he feels overwhelmed or on a verge of a meltdown, and knows to let a trusted adult know that he needs some quiet time away from the other children. I am grateful that Pinnacle ELC has the resources and means to be able to handle these situations as I would imagine it would be quite difficult at the other centres that I have toured with a higher children-to-educator ratio.

Although we have moved houses and live three suburbs away, we still continue to send our children to Pinnacle ELC as the care and support we receive is unmatched. We love the smaller environment as it allows all the children to collaborate and be heard during discussion activities, and the educators are able to spend more time with the children/get to know them and tailor activities to their interests. Both my children love all the arts and crafts activities, the Mini Maestros music time, participating in the sport activities and playing in the outdoor area in general. In terms of academics, both children have developed extensively in their numbers and alphabets through song/play as well as through the kindergarten program. We love that Pinnacle ELC has a kindergarten program as we trialled an external kindergarten for a term with our eldest but found that it was difficult for him to transition, but also for us to shuttle him from kindergarten to Pinnacle ELC in the middle of the work day. We also found that the kindergarten program at Pinnacle ELC was more structured than the external kindergarten which is what we prefer. The kindergarten teacher (Harshani) is such a positive force and both our children love her. On mornings where our children find it difficult saying their goodbyes, Harshani has been fantastic at taking them and comforting them.

We highly recommend Pinnacle ELC to any parent or caregiver who is considering sending their child here. We have the utmost trust in Jill and the team and we have peace of mind knowing that our children are in good hands.

Thank you so much for all the educators at Pinnacle in the past 9 months.
After the first-week orientation, both my sons and I have already built up a close relationship with the team. My sons make so many new friends there and even with the educators! They really enjoyed to go to Pinnacle so much! And I love the outdoor space, as it allows children to play the tricycle, run around and play with the sand. Although the facilities is new, the team is experienced, warm, friendly and caring especially the centre director!
There are even music and sports classes every week for children to train up their gross motor and social skills!
Highly recommend Pinnacle to all the families who live around Glen Huntly area!

A warm, loving and diverse childcare centre with a focus on Individual care.

We sent our youngest here from the time we (the parents) had to go back to work (6 months old). Despite being the youngest there, they made sure to find a way to include our child in all activities for the kids in that room. They are very quick to adapt their routines as new skills are being learnt (sitting, signing, crawling, talking etc.) and were happy to give as much detail as we wanted on the day's activities and progress at the end of each day. Additionally, they were happy to cater to both our wants / needs as parents such as us using reusable nappies, baby led weaning, etc. which are not the standard in most centres.

The staff here are all extremely friendly and caring and made us feel comfortable in leaving our child in their loving and capable care right from the very start. Additionally, whilst no childcare is cheap their prices are very reasonable with good opening hours and availability. Another personal highlight for us is the fact that the staff come from a broad range of backgrounds which gave both additional perspective on models of care, but also gives the children a diverse view of people in society.

Jillian, the centre manager is highly knowledgeable, responsive and intelligent which allows her to quickly address any concerns or situations which may arise.

In summary, I can't recommend this place more highly for a childcare centre.

Our child is very comfortable and happy at Pinnacle ELC Glen Huntly. The educators are sensitive, caring and responsive to his and our needs. He now knows and trusts every educator in the centre and he gets excited every morning when we go through the entrance door, and he has come so far in his social development since his first week. The centre is new and beautiful inside! The fit out and toys, lots of natural light and natural outdoors with a water play area, sandpit and a cubby house with a slide. I could not recommend Pinnacle ELC Glen Huntly high enough to prospective parents.
